It takes 10 years to grow trees but 100 years to nurture a generation of good men. The donation to education contributes to contemporary times and brings benefits for future centuries.

With the growing business performance, CMMC took actual actions to realize the promise “sharing the management performance with our society”. In April, 2010, CMMC again donated money to build a hope primary school in Kaixian, Chongqing, and advocated all staffs to participate in the activity.

Since April 15, all staffs of CMMC actively donated money. CMMC Board Chairman, Secretary of CPC General Branch Yuan Changyu was on business, and authorized executive department to donate 3000 yuan RMB; General Manager Liu Ming set a good example to donate 3000 yuan RMB. Especially No.1 Machinery department members donated 17000 yuan RMB, with average of 1307 yuan RMB, including 5000 yuan RMB from the manager Lei liyun, 3000 yuan RMB from deputy manager Wang Zhengmao. No.5 Machinery department manager Xu Lei also donated 5000 yuan RMB. It was commendable that the staffs that were on business overseas also requested colleagues in headquarter to donate money on behalf of them and gatekeepers, cleaners, drivers and new staffs were also eager to join. It was estimated that the total donation amounted to 50900 yuan RMB, with average of 670 yuan per man.
